JOB PURPOSE: Worker is responsible for general support of the Arts@LC initiative. The Arts@LC initiative will showcase Lewis and Clark's Art, Music, Theatre/Dance, Creative Writing and RHMS departments to prospective students and their families, emphasizing how the arts are vital to the L&C mission to educate ethical and engaged global citizens.
Position includes, but is not limited to: Providing support to the Arts@LC Administrator and Directors; assisting in Arts@LC programming (First Fridays @ Watzek, FOSA performing arts stage, etc), preparing admissions material and making copies; serving on Arts@LC Steering Committee; basic graphic design work for print and web marketing; providing exceptional support to arts students, faculty and the public; ongoing point person for communications between Platteau Managers and Arts@LC staff; creating and maintaining Google docs databases; creating Arts@LC newsletter; other general office work as necessary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ability to create databases and documents such as Google forms and Excel spreadsheets. Familiarity with Google Suite.
- Basic Graphic design skills, experience with Canva a plus.
- Proficient with social media platforms Facebook and Instagram.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Interest in Marketing, Communications and Public Relations.
- This person should be highly organized, detail oriented, excellent communication skills and previous office experience.

RATE OF PAY: $15.95 per hr
