Job Description

Granite State Pain Associates, a long standing independently owned pain management practice with locations throughout the state of New Hampshire is seeking an APRN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This position will primarily be based in our Merrimack NH location, just minutes from the historic and bustling downtown areas of Manchester and Nashua, NH, a short scenic drive to the majestic Lake Winnipesaukee and White Mountains and a hop and as skip down to Boston. This is an opportunity to expand your practice experience helping patients who face chronic pain in their day to day lives.

The Pain Management Provider is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients in a kind and compassionate care centered, outpatient environment and will:

Perform acts of advanced assessment, diagnosis, prescription, selection and administration of therapeutic measures and treatment regimes
Consult, plan and implement collaborative management, referrals, or transfer of care as appropriate
Practice within standards consistent with those established by the New Hampshire State Board for his/her license
Recognize limits of knowledge and experience and plan for the management of situations beyond own expertise
Maintain up to date and timely records and documentation
Allocate sufficient time as is reasonably necessary for effective patient care; typically, 40 hours per week
Maintain confidentiality as it applies to all state, federal and company guidelines
Provide services including:
Consultation and referral
Routine office visits
Medication management
Referral to specialists when appropriate
Experience preferred
Candidate must be licensed, or able to obtain a license, in the State of NH.
