About The Westerly:

The Westerly is located in the heart of Houston, TX in a GREAT location! We are actively looking for an Apartment Property Manager to manage this beautiful new build facility!

Job Requirements and Responsibilities of the Apartment Property Manager:

• Apartment Industry experience is REQUIRED
• Apartment Manager experience is REQUIRED , including supervisory and leadership skills to delegate and manage the performance of others, including counseling, coaching/training and development
• Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
• Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses
• Sales management and marketing knowledge, skills and abilities to sell services to new and existing customers
• Investigate, address and help to resolve tenant complaints, disturbances and violations
• Perform routine inspections, including vacated units and walk the property
• Experience working with conventional apartment communities of at least 200+ units
• Stress-management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented and highly organized
• Stable work history is REQUIRED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
• There are 357 units on property!
