Job Description
We are currently seeking an Apartment HVAC EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, performing work orders on air conditioners and heater, and all other required tasks.

SHA administers up to 951 Section 8 Vouchers.
SHA owns and manages 167 Public Housing units within 4 developments.
SHA owns and manages 176 Low Income Housing Tax Credit units within 3 developments.
SHA is also developing more affordable housing in the city of Sanford.
