The Adult Peer Support Specialist is a person with lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use challenges who uses that experience to provide hope, support, and encouragement to others. This role helps adults navigate recovery, build wellness strategies, and connect to community-based resources through shared understanding, respect, and mutual empowerment.
