Admissions Specialist 100% Onsite - Full-time

Help future students take the next step in their education! We’re seeking a motivated Admissions Specialist to guide prospective students through the admissions process and provide exceptional support from first inquiry through enrollment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Share accurate program, financial, and student services information.
• Support students through application steps and document collection.
• Collaborate closely with Student Finance and campus teams.
• Maintain detailed notes and manage your outreach pipeline.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals.

What You Bring

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years of fast-paced customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in enrollment/admissions or sales is a plus.
