We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers a hybrid schedule with both on-site and remote work opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing of invoices, payments, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain vendor accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Process daily and monthly payment uploads, maintaining timely and accurate records.
• Handle utility payments by managing online payments, matching and mailing documentation, and investigating outstanding balances.
• Review and resolve invoices flagged in exception or duplicate queues to ensure accurate processing.
• Manage and review Common Area Maintenance records on a quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc basis.
• Respond to inquiries and process statements and invoices received through department mailboxes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies.
• Utilize MRI Software and Salesforce for efficient accounts payable operations and data management.• Proven experience in accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and payment processing.
• Proficiency in handling check runs and coding invoices with accuracy.
• Knowledge of MRI Software and Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage exceptions and discrepancies.
• Ability to work with utility payments and resolve outstanding payment issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
