experienced and motivated Accounting Manager who thrives in leadership and operational finance.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company goals and industry regulations
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes; prepare and analyze financial and operational reports
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and internal controls
- Supervise and develop two accounting team members, including performance management and scheduling
- Prepare for and lead year-end audit processes
- Provide strategic input for department planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze and audit general ledger, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R)
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills and sound organizational judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
- Proficiency with accounting systems and financial reporting tools
Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience
