CNC SWISS OPERATOR
1st shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM Up to $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR ALL NEW HIRES!!! Eligible for quarterly bonuses Description Experience with setting up and operating Swisstek Swiss type turning lathes. Must be able to edit programming, change tools, make offsets, complete required paperwork, and perform inspections. Ability to work in conjunction with Process Specialists and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities \n - Setup and operate CNC SWISS Machines
\n - Control and adjust machine settings
\n - Load tooling and material
\n - Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
\n - Troubleshoot machine and bar-feeder malfunctions that might occur
\n - Compete statistical process control (SPC) for part runs
\n - Maintain calibrated gauge logs
\n

Skills Knowledge and Expertise \n - 2-5 years of experience as a Swiss Machine operator
\n - Working knowledge of measurement tools and equipment (caliper, micrometer, comparators, etc.)
\n - Understanding and interpreting GD&T Code
\n - Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
\n - Perform Machine Preventive Maintenance
