“First, I would like to say that our reservation specialist was fantastic. Lanay was very professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable in handling our planning. Second, the resort Villa Del Palmer was incredible. I would definitely consider it a five star resort. The resort was fairly new and as a result was clean and very well maintained. The activities were well organized and enjoyed by all. The staff bent over backwards to provide a quality of service I would consider excellent. We have visited and stayed in Cabo San Lucas many times over the years. We mainly go for the excellent fishing. I can honestly say this vacation and especially this resort were the best we have ever experienced.
