“The grounds and condo at Mayan Palace were incredibly beautiful. It is well maintained. Condo has marble floors and countertops in bathrooms. Furnishings very nice and beds great! Housekeeping came in twice a day (at night, turndown service leaving chocolates on your bed). Restaurants on premises very good. Pool incredible-never saw such a big pool in my life. Beach beautiful, although you need water shoes because there is alot of rocks. Also, activities on premises you can participate in that are free. Downside is the fitness center costs extra and it is isolated. We did rent a car but you can take the bus or a taxi to Playa del Carmen. This is the second time we used Vacation Network, last year we went to Hawaii. We have been extremely satisfied with the service. “
